Failure to pay invoices when due may result in delays, suspension of work, cancellation of future appointments, or recovery action.

Section 6 — Cancellations, Refunds and Appointment Changes

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where an engineer has already been dispatched, where work has started, or where parts, materials or equipment have been ordered specifically for your job, charges may apply.

Completed services are not normally refundable. However, if you have a concern about work carried out by Helios Gas Ltd, please contact us so we can review the matter and advise on the next steps.

Section 7 — Parts, Materials and Special Orders

Certain domestic or commercial works may require parts, materials, boilers, biomass equipment, heating system components or other items to be ordered in advance.

Where parts or materials are ordered specifically for your job, they may be non-refundable once ordered, unless faulty or covered by a supplier warranty.

Lead times, stock availability and supplier pricing may change and may be outside our control.

Section 8 — Access, Safety and Site Conditions

You are responsible for ensuring that Helios Gas Ltd, our engineers, subcontractors or authorised representatives have safe and reasonable access to the property, premises, plant room, system, appliance or area where work is to be carried out.
