Appointment information

How Do I book my Boiler Service?

To book a boiler service, or for any other queries, you can contact us by telephone at 075950086 or email us at info@heliosgas.com

How can I reschedule my appointment?

We know that sometimes plans change, and we are more than happy to accomodate any changes of appointments. We are fully flexible with appointment times, but we ask that you let us know at least 24 hours before the original appointment is due to take place, so we can inform our busy engineers.

Do I need to book my appointment well in advance?

It is better to be organised to avoid any discomfort without a working boiler, especially in the Winter months when we are at our busiest! You can arrange dates months in advance to avoid any last minute panic. BUT if you are in need of an emergency service we will get to you as fast as we can! We have engineers stationed across Belfast, so last-minute call-outs are no problem!

Can I book a weekend appointment?

Yes. Our engineers work Saturdays from 9-6pm.

How can I contact if I have concerns about my boiler?

We are available via email or telephone. You can also look us up on social media platforms, where we can answer any of your questions.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Whether you are a new customer to Helios Gas or not, if you have a gas boiler installed or would like to have one installed, we are at your service. You do not need to be an existing customer.

For more information on costs please contact us at info@heliosgas.com with the subject 'Pricing Enquiry' and the make and model of your boiler. You may also want to include any other questions about our services that you may have.

Will I get an appointment confirmation and/or reminder?

When you book your appointment you will receive a confirmation email. We recommend putting this as a reminder in your phone or diary. If you forget the date or need to make any changes just contact us via email or telephone.
